Being born in Japan as a teenager, I was fortunate to participate in the international alpine ski competition that brought me to this country. Not only did it teach me the dedication and determination I needed to succeed, but it also taught me the power of diversity of the people who had significant influence in my life. My background serves me well as a business leader in Global Business Development, Strategic Planning, Digital Business, and M&A. Because of my background, I became a firm believer that diversity of different perspectives makes our world more colorful and there are more opportunities to create value in the business.
