As part of a corporate takeover, project managed the integration of two rival ATM estates, including business processes, third party services and the implementation of a new telecoms network.

Project managed a variety of projects including:- The acquisition and integration of business processes, staff and IT systems of a competing ATM Deployer, Omnicash.- The integration of operational control and managed services for an acquired ATM estate.- The outsourcing of the cash forecasting and ordering function to an external party deploying specifically tailored forecasting software.- The integration of maintenance services and migration of cash replenishment services from one supplier to another for an acquired ATM estate.- An operational review of ATM security including the design and development of covert security devices and monitoring solutions.- The upgrade of the CRM software used by the business.- The development of additional functionality to enable ATMs to dispense £5 banknotes.- Compliance and certification to the LINK scheme regulations.
