Her areas of focus include education, youth, community development, and social integration of marginalized youth.In addition to her executive roles, Tala is also a talented trainer and career coach, specializing in the development of young people's talents and agility in an ever-changing world. She shares her expertise as a lecturer at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut and has been a sought-after speaker at various conferences within the nonprofit ecosystem.Tala's multilingualism - she speaks Arabic, English, and French - has been an asset in her work, enabling her to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
