Used design thinking to reduce daily customer complaints from 2100 per day to 1400 per day.

In this role I'm responsible for two pillars:1- Activate! Activate is Telenor Pakistan's design and innovation center where we train our employees on design thinking and agile execution. We equip our employees with design sprint way of work in which they can come up with user tested prototypes of business problems within a week. I've trained over 200 employees in this program through our seasons and bootcamps.2- Strategic Design! In this pillar I recruit problems from various division of TP and then solve them by design thinking. These problems are most related with processes that are not human centered. My design sprints include:a) Designing Matrix : a console gaming portal where users can trade their games, for free.b) Designing Vertigo: a one stop portal for 2G, 3G and 4G site's IP ,vLANS, and link planning and integration for Network Engineering Department.c) Designing Rad Skills: a platform where employees inside a corporate environment can reach out for sharing functional skills

I was product manager for two of our digital products - NewsMix and Qeemat.NewsMix offered curated news to our users.Qeemat served as one stop portal for all things smarthohones - latest price, buy and sell and used versions.I learned the hard way that product manager needs to wear multiple hats of marketing, design and engineering. I realized my job was to articulate product vision and problem statements with my team and not micro manage them in executing them.

•I was primarily responsible for creating virtual LANs, allocating IP addresses and optimizing tunnel paths for BTS, eNodeB and LTE sites of Telenor Pakistan’s Metro and IP-AGG network.•I was technology department representative for running integrity due diligence (IDD) process with LinkDotNet and Cybernet operators for 2019 fiber scope.•I’ve provided solution for integrating our backhaul traffic to PTCL’s GPON network.•I’ve updated nationwide metro and longhaul topologies in visio and KMZ format

•Provided first level operations and maintenance support of SDH, microwave and IP-MPLS networks. • Generated data analytics reports for monitoring network KPIs including traffic trends, congestion, utilization and visibility.•Hands on configuration working on multi-vendor NMS systems including Huawei U2000, Huawei OptiX Manager, NEC Xmanager and HSTX Provision Manager.

• Performed PAT activities of ZTE DWDM M800 & M900 series for CMPaK Project.• DWDM supervisory card OSCF commissioning through U31 Server.• Line loss adjustment as per link budget calculation & board replacement activities. • Thorough literature review on DWDM transmission technology.

• Literature review of Core Transmission Network Technologies & Data Networks, Design & Architecture for 2G, 3G & 4G GSM standards.• Network Monitoring System Huawei (U2000) & ZTE (U31) client installation & network elements setup.• Coordinating with Huawei in north region for 3G & 4G MW readiness and presenting/ reporting the project progress to Team Lead• Part of field surveys for Microwave LOS (Line of Sight) & maintaining Track-sheet for all surveys.• Preventive Maintenance (PM) of Transmission Metro Network which includes SDH, DWDM and PTN nodes along with IP Core Huawei NE40 & NE80.
