A bit about me; I'm passionate about working with small businesses and structuring them to achieve growth and scale. I do this through a consultative approach in corporate structuring, debt and strategy to set clients up to meet their long term objectives.Leverage Capital is a corporate advisory business where we work with major and specialty lenders to provide proactive outcomes for our clients looking to grow or optimise their business. The usual transactions we see are generally acquisition or merger activities, as well as proactive debt restructure to improve cashflow or profitability.Our clients tend to have complex corporate structures. We aim to give them strategies in "plain english" to help them achieve their business goals.I'm also in the process of setting up a new lending business empowering Brokers to borrow money against their trail book. This is a product that already exists by some lenders in the market, but it's not done as effectively as we would like. We have designed the product to revolutionise this style of lending which makes it quick and easy, enabling Brokers to build bigger businesses.
