I am a results-driven and values-based leader focused on solving complex legal problems for a 8,000+ person organization with more than 350 veterinary practices nationwide. I have both large firm and in-house experience achieving value-add, bottom line results at all levels of public and private companies. In addition to my current role as Thrive’s Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, I serve on the company’s Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging Leadership Council where I speak about the importance of mindful and authentic leadership. I believe in measuring results not just by the numbers, but also by the amount of impact we have on each other.
