I am a PEC Registered Mechanical Engineer (MECH/055076), passionate about problem-solving and innovation. I hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from HITEC University Taxila. My academic journey equipped me with the principles of mechanics, materials, and design, which I applied to various engineering projects.My practical experience includes a six-week internship at Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), where I gained hands-on experience in assembly, production line management, and quality assurance. I had the opportunity to observe the production process of Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) and collaborated with a team to analyze the work done. This experience was further enriched by acquiring knowledge of CNC machines, MIG and TIG welding techniques for aluminum, and chemical cleaning processes for industrial applications.I also completed an internship at Kohinoor Mills Ltd. in Lahore. During this time, I conducted maintenance on industrial compressors and centrifugal pumps, ensuring optimal performance. I assisted in the operation of a reverse osmosis (RO) plant, contributing to the mill’s clean water supply. I gained practical knowledge of AC systems and cooling towers, enhancing my understanding of HVAC systems. I engaged with the power generation facility and studied gas engines and diesel engines. I observed the boilers working and maintenance. This enhanced my knowledge in power generation and boiler operations. I developed a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures and equipment maintenance in a mechanical department setting.In addition to my practical experience, I have increased my knowledge in finite element analysis (FEA), Rapid Prototyping, basic CFD simulations, PicsArt editing, and SketchUp modeling. These skills are validated by my certifications from Coursera and LinkedIn. I am also proficient in using Microsoft Office and design software, with experience in technical drawing, computer-aided design, and basic manufacturing techniques.As a professional, I am eager to further develop my abilities and contribute to the success of organizations. I value continuous learning and growth. My communication skills enable me to work effectively in a team setting, including with individuals from different disciplines. Currently, I am seeking opportunities that will challenge me, inspire me, and allow me to make a positive impact.
