Responsible to maintain an effective control environment within the collection & recovery departments with main task to reduce the complaints / operational risk across the board.Responsible for the smooth handling and reconciliation of litigation portfolio pertinent with consumer banking group.Responsible for running smooth office environment and provide operational support to execute daily BAU's Responsible for staff recruitment within the departments and staff capacity maintenance.Responsible to provide daily reporting MIS's to collection & recovery teams for performance monitoring.Responsible to prepare & validate the monthly incentive pay-out to the recovery officers country wide.Responsible to resolve the country wide customer's complaint and conclusive responses to the escalators and regulators SBP / CPD / BMP and courts via legal and service quality.Responsible to process the advance tax collected at the time of auction and further submission to FBR.Responsible to process an insurance claim cases of decease customers and coordination with insurance companies.Responsible to manage different 3rd party vendors and their expense claim processing.Responsible to manage to GS/JS staff and their salary processing.
