Talha Minhas is a MBA Intern at Enlaye. Colleagues describe them as "I was introduced to Talha through LUMS and have known him in both a professional and personal capacity for well over a year now. When I served as Talha's Engagement Manager in The LUMS Consultancy Group (LCG), our task was to conduct market research for a fairly new product of the SOZO Group in order to gauge whether entering the Pakistani market would be profitable or not. This project lasted 3 months, and comprised 10 individuals ranging from all four batches at LUMS. As the Engagement Manager, I oversaw all advancements in the project–majority of which were led by Talha. What truly impressed me about Talha was the fact that he was a freshman amidst juniors and sophomores, and yet, he managed to emerge as the star performer of the team. Talha's work ethic was spotless and his commitment to finding solutions to problems was commendable. It wasn't long before that his fellow teammates, many of whom were older and more experienced than him, began to look towards him for assistance. What perhaps was most impressive was that, as a freshman, Talha demonstrated a passion to learn and to grow–something very rare for someone of his age. his positive attitude towards self improvement motivated me, as the team leader, to offer him even more opportunities to cultivate his skills and knowledge. The cycle continued. As Talha builds his repertoire, I have no doubts that he will emerge as a worthy leader and thinker, and an asset to any organization that is fortunate to have him. "
