Business Intelligence Analyst
Current• Direct management of 2 team: Data Science and BI analysts and report developers (10 employs)• Internal interfaces – Marketing, IT, Engineering, Customer Care etc.• Establishment of new KPI’s and reports for business units for measuring, investigating and monitoring • Hands-on Management by writing architectural solution documents, business process and requirement specification documents, technical documents, training materials and concepts.• Management and leading the solution definition process at the customers in the organization with training operations• Analyzing business trends and implementation of all BI modulus by using BI tools like NBO/CRO• Support all internal units and interfaces in order to implement management business decisions • Using analytics tools in order to create new management dashboards (Power BI)• Building new training sessions for new developers
