Currently employed as a supervisor for C3 Ltd at our SP Onboard Labour branch overseeing daily operations for our team of stevedores at the Tauranga Container Terminal. Passionate advocate for safety in the Ports industry having had close to 10 years experience working in the industry from general stevedoring and shipping crew through to team lead and supervisory.Experience with people management, change management, risk assessments and creating procedures, recruitment, labour allocation, shift management, inventory and administration work as well as incident investigation. Aspirations to pursue further study in business looking to major in strategic management and supply chain management.
