Cerulean Design System:- Led research and UX design of B2C cerulean navigation, conducting over 70 UserZoom tests to inform and validate the redesign. Presented final design to VP and director level stakeholders in design review and digital showcase.- Led UX efforts for the Cerulean Design System, managing component libraries and reskinning member experiences for Angular and AEM codebases.- Collaborated with cross-functional teams on timelines, participated in DSUs, conducted UAT, and ran Cerulean design office hours to maintain the design system.Other projects:- Expanded the online provider dispute resolution flow to accept 4 additional plan types, increasing the claim number limit from 200 to 500.
