Notable Projects & Accomplishments:- Microsoft Office 365 Implementation – completed a 500-user pilot, have generated a comprehensive business case and a high-level plan for the enterprise-wide deployment of the platform to 37,000 users.- Deployed Cisco Jabber collaboration platform enterprise-wide to 20,000+ employees - a critical communication tool during the COVID-19 pandemic. Exceeded user adoption targets within the first six months of deployment. - Modernizing internal directory services infrastructure – delivered cloud-ready future state architecture and a modern authentication standard; transitioned 177 applications from a legacy Novell/MicroFocus solution to Microsoft Active Directory; deployed a new Microsoft identity federation solution.- Completed a project to provide City staff with Wi-Fi access to the corporate network at 35 major City sites.

- Analyzed enterprise portfolio of 1,000+ applications across 45 lines of business for authentication and authorization dependencies on the City’s directory services infrastructure- Interviewed 100+ application owners and produced a detailed inventory of 215 Novell/MicroFocus dependent applications, including estimated complexity and impact of each application’s transition to Microsoft Active Directory- Produced dashboards and status updates for IT executive leadership

- Supported and led all Information Technology projects and operations for UHN’s Multi-Organ Transplant (MOT) program, ensuring all technical deliverables remain in accordance with the program’s objective.- Liaised with corporate IT stakeholders in UHN’s matrix environment to ensure overall capability to fulfill MOT program requirements in areas including business applications, infrastructure, and other core IT functions.- In collaboration with the Infrastructure team, ensured the stability, maintenance, testing, configuration, support and availability of a Transplant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, clinical medical devices, and other program-critical technology.- Served as a dedicated member of the senior management team, worked with MOT’s Clinical Director and Medical Director, and Directors of IT teams across multiple programs and at the corporate level. - Advocated for required resources, lobbied for improvements including the upgrade of transplant systems, and integration of data in multiple medical databases into the Transplant EHR system.- Actively explored opportunities to benefit the program in the long-term, drawing upon the skills of multiple teams to identify and champion solutions. Exercised strong skills in change management to promote user adoption. Notable Accomplishments:- Converted manual clinical processes to automated and electronic processes and workflows, with better reliability, availability and accessibility of information. - Upgraded OTTR Transplant EHR system, standardized medication and diagnoses nomenclature, and realigned the team’s roles and responsibilities from data entry to providing value-add services.- Gathered and provided MOT requirements for a new corporate Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to bring vital patient information into a single source, undoing fragmentation caused by a multitude of EHRs. Explored best-of-breed technologies to centralize information across systems into a single data warehouse.
