Report to the COO with accountability for $ 140 m annual operating budget and $ 40 m annual capital program. Departments under management include, Projects and Design, Engineering & Maintenance, Parking Services, Environmental Services, Sustainability & Environment, Audio Visual and Special Effects.In 2013 additional responsibilities included the Procurement & Warehousing department as well as taking the total business lead in a consultant driven business improvement program.

Responsible for the successful scoping, design and delivery of the 6 year $ 1 billion development / refurbishment program. Implemented a robust framework to deliver full turnkey projects including Australia's largest hotel ( Crown Metropol ), Mahogany Room and premium gaming assets, over 30 restaurant & bar developments , main gaming floor refurbishment and multiple asset and infrastructure upgrades.Protected Crown Melbourne's Revenue & EBIT position through ensuring projects are delivered on time, to brief and with minimal disruption to business as usual.

PM for fixed price builder with broad exposure to aged care and schools sector.Managed Directors personal high end residential multi-unit developments

Management of commercial fit out subcontractor with 120 man direct labour force and multiple projects.

Broad industry & stakeholder experience gained with Tier 1 builder over numerous complex projects.
