Aloha, I'm Talitha, people call me ‘T’ or ‘Tal’ for short. I’m 36 (don't feel a day over 21 yrs old might I add!), a typical Sagittarius & I’m known for my outgoing personality and energy. I’m a natural people person, I build relationships with ease, I love helping people and I’m good at it & I seem to be a natural leader; one that isn’t afraid of pushing boundaries, I always speak my truth and encourage others to do the same.👏🏻My strengths are:💪🏻🔥Building Relationships from the 'ground up' and up to C Level & beyond - I treat everyone the same, no matter the title or perceived 'rank' in society. All humans are equal in my eyes, so that's how I build trust with ease as I keep it real with you, as I value the same in return.🔥Leadership - I am a natural with people and therefore it is embedded in me to be the person who gathers people around, gets them working together effectively by sharing who I authentically am and my energy with everyone around me. I have a 'knack' for getting people on a deep level, call it intuition or call it my ability to read people like a book within 3 seconds of meeting them, whatever my gift is with people has served me well throughout my career. I love to INSPIRE people by showing up as ME and enabling people to do the same. 🔥Sales/Account/Partnership Management - having over 17 years experience in these fields puts me in a fantastic position to be able to 'take the bull by the horns', map out an account, identify where there are 'loopholes' in the partnership and make it my mission to not only rectify the pain points, but uplift the relationship so that it fosters growth, trust and therefore a mutually beneficial partnership for all involved.
