About Talitha Natt

As the Head of Partnerships at the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association (ANZMH), I have over 20 years of sales experience in various industries, including recruitment, IT&T, fitness, wellness, and media. I am responsible for managing the sponsorship and partnership portfolio of eight annual mental health events that aim to raise awareness, provide education, and foster collaboration in the mental health sector.In my current role, I leverage my strong skills in new business development, relationship building, account and portfolio management, and contract negotiation to secure and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, corporates, NGOs, medical & health services, mental health & allied health organisation's and NFP's.I also contribute to the planning, marketing, and delivery of these events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and impact. Through my work, I am passionate about creating positive and inclusive work environments, inspiring and empowering others, and making a difference in the mental health space. That is why I also embarked upon completing my university studies with Edith Cowan University in late 2023, as by studying Human Resource Management, it has enabled me to continue to learn about what I love most, which us helping people and companies perform optimally, whilst maintaining an equal balance and focus on ensuring their people are looked after, as well as the company performance moving in a positive trajectory.
