I live and breathe futures. Whether you are a young Australian trying to find your pathway, a startup with an idea wanting direction or someone in the process of starting something new; I seek outcomes to help address this. Working with you from where you are now to where you would want to be. I believe in community development through the sharing of ideas, transfer of knowledge and relationship-driven collaboration. I am an experienced facilitator with a passion for helping people achieve their best. I have worked with over 15000 Australians (primarily young people) and travelled widely delivering workshops on a number of topics, including work-readiness, pathways, public speaking, entrepreneurship, community leadership, communication, brand, creative thinking, growth industries, personal branding, social justice and campaigning. With a diverse background in multiple leadership roles, I consistently work to drive big ideas, interactive learning, and strong teams. In everything that I do, I bring energy, compassion, resilience, and humour. When I'm not facilitating, I spend my time playing board games or adventuring with friends and dreaming up new ideas and programs.
