Futures Isle exists to support people and communities to find their next step.
What does this mean? It means that we have struggled to figure out what it is we want to do when we ‘grow up’. It means that we have wrestled with big ideas and not known how to make them a reality. It means that we too have stressed over writing CVs and job applications. It means that we get how uncertain things feel when you are figuring out what your future career will look like.
It means that we want to help you get where it is that you want to go. Fresh starts, new paths and unchartered next steps.
So, how do we do this?
At the moment, we are partnered with organisations and projects that share our values to have a meaningful impact. We are really proud to be working with the ABC (Heywire, Takeover, Trailblazers), Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Australian Training Awards, The Sally Foundation, Social Impact in the Regions, University of Tasmania, Tropical Innovation Festival and many more.
We are facilitators, program managers and consultants. Most importantly though, we just love people and want to see them shine.
