In my role at TASSC I was responsible for community engagement to identify and better understand the community voice within the Urban Indigenous population in Tkaronto. Some of my main priorities were: - Developing and implementing promotional and community development strategies. We reported back to the Toronto Urban Indigenous community at large on TASSC's impacts, efforts and outcomes;- Supporting, planning and promoting city-wide initiatives in collaboration with TASSC Leadership-I delivered training content, worked on complex budgets, work plans and targeted approaches to public education and awareness. -I worked on writing reports, funding proposals, creating work priorities, and delegating work to contractors for the Tkaronto Indigenous City Building Summit.
