I am a business and strategic sales leader with over 10 years of experience in helping organizations transition from market validation or founder-led stages into sustainable growth by driving revenue expansion and establishing management practices. I have diverse international experience and an ear for the voice of the customer across various sectors, such as energy, technology, finance, and property.Currently, I head up the marketing, partnership, and international expansion of ESP, a leader in utility management, carbon accounting, and decarbonisation. I joined ESP in May 2022, after it acquired BraveGen, a SaaS company where I was the General Manager of Growth and Finance. At BraveGen, I revamped the sales and account engagement model, accelerating sales growth from flat to 50% YoY revenue increase in the first 18 months and sustained 25% CAGR in ARR over three successive years. I also rebuilt the finance team and accounting process to enable cash flow forecasting and budgeting, yielding a doubling of cash reserves while sustaining growth.I am passionate about working with teams that deliver solutions that contribute to the greater good.
