As a Customer Success Manager, my responsibilities include: - Utilizing a collaborative approach in assessing a customer’s account in order to recommend best practices or ways to optimize customer’s experience - Internally champion customer issues to the appropriate party and build customer confidence while doing so- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and act as the first point of contact for customer concerns - Act as the voice of the customer by collecting popular feature requests and creating business reasons to prioritize requests on the product roadmapAt Procore, our business revolves around our customers.
