- Management of Salesforce updates to keep up with incoming donations, updating payments and onboarding of new donors- Running reports for in Salesforce for internal use to compare changes in donors’ activity over several years to guide the fundraising approach- Correspondence with international donors on small and mass scales- Editing and preparation of donation proposals for individual donors and larger foundations- Assistance in event planning and coordinating events from overseas- Coordinating and diarising meetings/events for the director and international donors

- Fulfilment of customer satisfaction, including correspondence regarding order queries, special requests, shipping queries, website glitches, etc, via the support email, Shopify and Etsy.- Overlooking of stock supplies and replenishment- Meticulous organisation and packaging of incoming and outgoing deliveries
