Research topics: users engagement and the role of social cues and trust in users' private information disclosure.Projects included the Improvement of research materials, such as a YouTube-like video browsing platform. I managed UI-UX decisions and implemented new features that affected participants’ perceptions. Also, I designed 4 ecommerce websites, to investigate change in engagement based on their voice & tone, and perceived quality. I participated in all stages of the lab’s projects including literature reviews, developing, designing, conducting, coding, and analyzing results of large-scale online studies. Moreover, I managed funds and implemented new financial protocols to expedite payments.

Research topics: Psychological Distance, The effects of social power on cognitive functioning and information aggregation. Working in collaboration with the Decision, Cognition and Neural Computational lab, I assisted with designing and implementing quantitative experiments, including the use of behavioral methods and surveys. Experiences included working one-on-one with participants, data processing, coding, analysis and data interpretation using statistical methods and research tools, including R.

-Ethos is an organizational consulting company set to instill ethical codes and a set of values within businesses, organizations, government ministries and municipalities. -Focused on instructional technologies, I designed, customized and implemented training programs, instructional games and simulations.-I ran workshops and led focus groups, developed courseware and designed content for customers in various fields.

-Executive Consultant to the Director of Safety Services at the Education Ministry.-Designing training courseware materials and developing training solutions for decision-makers, managers and educators, from needs assessments, through characterization of the training process, to the final design.-Developing and designing conferences and courses presentations for the ministry executive board, including research and literature reviews.

Creating and managing youth educational programs and activities. Establishing and maintaining close collaboration with the municipality, parents, and schools.
