Design and create system integration and electrical drawings•Install, test and verify H/W, S/W and electrical systems•Train and provide technical support to customers•Determine and implement of control requirements for both new and existing systems•Perform startup/commissioning on all GE Control Systems•Coordinates with the suppliers and external resource needed in developing systems.•Assist with continuous improvement of product design and manufacturing•Build working relationships with stakeholders, current and future clients•Supervise and guide test department for all the OEM product test, failure and root cause analysis and test bench maintenance, analyze and trend nonconforming product data

Manage engineering prototype testing, pilot production and mass production of 3D motion capture products and coordinate the transition of newly released products to manufacturingDesign and develop wireless infrared sensors for 3D capturing, including all aspects of the hardware and software development from specification analysis, design, implementation, and testing to providing transfer support into high volume manufacturingProvide manufacturing requirement inputs on DFM issues to customers for manufacture ability during design stage as well as mass production stageCollect and analyze RMAs data and recommend corrective actions for product design and manufacturing process improvement Provide technical support and liaison between engineering and manufacturing
