Administrative Assistant - Corporate Banking - Real Estate
Current- Conduct administrative activities and engage in administrative processes, including: answering phones, preparing individual expenses, printing presentations material, etc.- Assist with day to day admin management of corporate client relationship which includes: proof reading documents, sending loan agreements to appropriate parties and coordinating with team members. - Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees through collaboration with HR and functional support teams.- Calendar Management: schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, maintain the vacation schedule. Prioritize and work to proactively identify potential needs and or adjust schedules as required. - File, review and reconcile the expense reports and service invoices in accordance with internal policies. - Book travel arrangements (domestic and international), arrange couriers, restaurant reservations.- Manage ad-hoc requests such as client events, sponsorships or donations, catering, etc.- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times in circumstances where required and necessary.
