- Responsible for the design and effective management of enterprise Health & Wellness solutions, including: + Health Product & Ecosystem Development: perform studies to understand customer needs, current proposition, and market gap to define opportunities and propose Health solution and Ecosystem strategy, with focus on how to best package new product in a highly competitive landscape. + Health Literacy: position the product and value-added-serrvice to highlight the relevance and deliver the right proposition message to respective customer segment. Propose and execute activation strategy so that propositions are well perceived by distribution and customer. + Health Performance Management and Engagement: design strategic direction for product engagement in distribution, present health proposition in ways that strenghthen company's health-led ambition.- Accountable for the successful delivery of health & wellness agenda through a variety of strategic goals: ANP, VoNB, proposition adoption rate- Serve as focal point for Health & Wellness portfolio; provide management with timely & insightful updates to enable strategic decision; help steer the performance of enterprise portfolio through effective communication and coordination within workstreams and cross-functions

- Lead end-to-end digital development (including back-end and front-end platform)- Perfom studies to understand customer needs, current propositions and market gaps- Define oppotunities and propose health product solution and articulate detail execution roadmap- Drive internal and external stakeholders to optimize health solution and deliver execution

- A product owner to be responsible for health product development initiatives, infusing the product development process with keen insight about competitors product and industry trend in the insurance market- Collaborate and communicate between internal and cross-functional teams on new product initiatives, with a focus on how to best package new products in a highly competitive landscape- Carry on both pre and post-launching workshops to facilitate discussion and address concerns of distribution channels.

- Act as product owner to implement and work with other department to deliver product on time- Collaborate with product marketing to propose and execute marketing plan so that product are well perceived by internal and extertal customers
