Staffing was critical for success and was primarily software, systems engineers, network architects - mid to very senior PhD level engineers. Successful in hiring elite "A" engineering team of the most sought after Silicon Valley engineers.Managed external vendors for our elite engineering organization. Set up and interviewed hundreds of engineering candidates, conducted pre-screen interviews, background checks.Have significant network/pipeline through industry relationships and multiple contacts. During TMOS proposal phase/prior to TMOS award, worked with management to develop detailed organizational structure and detailed position descriptions. Ability to successfully attract, recruit and hire highly sought after extremely qualified engineers for this program of approx. 300 - 400. Developed all levels of position descriptions. Set up interviews, interviewed, prepared contingent offers (upon program award). When program was officially awarded - program staffing was ~90% complete as staffing was worked prior to award.Lead HR Business Partner for Engineering Organization of geographically dispersed engineers, software engineers, systems engineers, mechanical engineers, network architect engineers. Recruiting and retention were key responsibilities.
