Responsible for awareness, escalation, and monitoring/tracking throughout the issue lifecycle (identification/intake through validation/closure). Provide challenge and subject matter expertise to issue owner. Provide robust oversight of issues identified from all internal and external sources. Support issue documentation, provide issue verification, and updates, as requested, to the Corporate Risk Group Issue Management Team (GIM) and senior leadership. Consult with the business to develop corrective action plans and effectively manage change, while providing transparency and actionable information related to issues to support Conduct Management issue management goals. Identify training opportunities, deliver training, report issue findings, facilitate oversight meetings, and develop business case to influence executive management or head of business on the need for controls to mitigate risk.Individual contributor capable of initiating action and managing change in a fast-paced environment. Contributor with strong relationship management, influencing, vision and execution skills. Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, corporate environment.
