Collect on past due balances, apply payments from bank deposits. Research and correct short paid, and over paid invoices. Weekly reconciliation of all bank deposits, credit cards, and other forms of payments. Ensure customers are happy with their services and products, and work with the management to correct any issues that arise regarding the quality of product, and or deliveries issues.
