Manage client portfolios by providing intuitive product placement, specialized hands-on training, and continued partnership support. Manage and oversee all major strategic growth initiatives for the credit union including Indirect Lending relationship with Keystone Lending Alliance, First Mortgage relationship with AnnieMac Home Mortgage, and all Affiliated Partner relationships. Perform training and coaching to Growth & Development staff. Conduct and analyze historical growth data to enhance opportunities for future growth forecasting. Act as lead underwriter and loan decisioner for all loans generated by the Growth & Development division. Cultivate mortgage opportunities through presentations and seminars to Affiliated Partners. Create and develop marketing pieces to enhance brand recognition and opportunities for credit union growth. Work closely with CEO and management executive team to bring about positive change to the credit union.

Responsible for oversight and management of loan performance for all lending channels. Increase loan production through integrating creative lending concepts into staff development. Work closely with CEO and management executives to cultivate and implement strategic growth plans. Professionally develop the lending team to effectively produce loans through hands on coaching and training. Introduce innovative concepts of sales culture and member service principles. Revise, update, and create lending products, guidelines, policies, and procedures to align with industry standards and growth initiatives. Evaluate lending risk and determine rates and pricing for loan products.

Act as lead business developer and liaison to existing and potential financial partners. Manage and oversee sales activities for all departments of the credit union. Build and implement new sales management program for company-wide system conversion. Evaluate credit union strategic growth goals and create employee incentive program. Train, develop, and assess all new hires through sales cultured coaching.

Organize and manage the marketing budget covering over $4 million in total expenses. Work closely with VP and Directors on promotions and media planning.
