Provide direct managerial oversight Street Homeless programs and ensure services are being provided in accordance to the contactracual requirements. Additionally, Manage revenues and expenses to ensure programs meet budget targets and assist to ensure there is adequate cash flow. Assist in the building capacity by creating the language for program designs for Drop in Centers and Safe Haven Shelters and Outreach Request for proposals. Rate and evaluate proposals submitted for government funding to address the needs of Street Homeless persons in NYC. Collaborate with the Street outreach teams to ensure the continuity of care is consistent for clients being brought in off the streets. Collaborate with a host of Community Based Providers and create initiatives that reduce street homelessness.

Responsible for the overall quality improvement (QI) throughout the entire organization. Oversee services to the Mentally Ill, HIV/ AIDS Homeless population. Directly supervised seven senior managers who oversee multiple programs and contracts for Supportive Housing Programs (690 units) 420 Scattered Site Apartments and 5 congregate programs (270 units) serving over 400 families with children. Manage the QI processes for 21 programs across the organization, including an OMH article 31 mental health clini

Responsible for the service delivery to Mentally Ill, Homeless, Substance Abuse population contracts; develop the strategic plan & set priorities for internal organizational development. Assist the Vice President of Housing Services with program development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a total of 18 million dollars across 25 contracts from nine government funding sources. In collaboration with the Vice President and the Senior Team, developed the long range strategies and tactical plans and set priorities for the division’s growth and development. Responsibilities include, program development, the quality of services to all stakeholders and the development of policies and procedures to ensure consistency and continuity across housing programs. Expand strategic, collaborative relationships with allied community-based organizations, social service agencies, & other organizations, elected officials and funders.

Responsible for the oversight, and coordination of the administrative and program management of the Infant Mortality Reduction Project known as Healthy Start Brooklyn (HSB) project. Provided leadership in a community strategic planning process coordinated, sustainable systems of care in impacting 28 zip codes in North Central Brooklyn. Formulated and implemented strategies and work plans for the HSB project and supervise staff, designed to ensure grant objectives are achieved, donor-imposed deadlines are met, and FPHNY grant administration procedures are adhered to.
