Passionate, engaged, leader who enjoys encouraging others to be their best. I bring outside the box thinking, problem-solving, and team building to the field of Physical Therapy. Throughout my extensive Physical Therapy career, I have improved clinical skills, patient management, staff management, customer service, and coaching/developing others. I began as a staff PT, progressively moving up to a Clinic Director, multi-site Clinic Director, Regional Director, District Director and to my current role as Director of Talent Acquisition. As a Director of Talent Acquisition, I blend my continued appetite for lifelong learning with creating cross functional strategy to promote our profession of Physical Therapy. I want to not only demonstrate #GrowWithTheBest, but also promote and educate others about career opportunities at ATI.In addition, I am CEO of our family. This includes the management and operations of a full-time family of three children (and all their activities/travel sports), alongside Jeff, my husband, business consultant and #1 advocate. I am grateful for his passion for leadership and business knowledge that allows us to strategize, problem solve, and be lifelong learners of leadership together.
