I’m a designer and a researcher, a creative who loves both detail and colour. As an Interior Designer, I spent a decade on projects ranging from bespoke wellness popups to luxury international hotels to intimate family homes. I understand human behaviour and how we interact with design, how more than ever we prioritise both form and function and that this influences our consumer and our daily habits.As a woman focused on my own health and wellbeing, I observed my network - my family, friends and acquaintances - and their needs across the board as they began their families. I considered our collective needs; reproductive health, fertility challenges, mental health and whether our specific skin and wellbeing concerns were being considered. The answer was no and the result was a desire to build my company, 10+CO, to cater to the underserved category of pre and postnatal women. A wellbeing world for mothers.For women, I believe reproductive health, self care, fertility and mental health are areas of our lives that can leave us feeling exposed, misrepresented, underserved OR all of the above. My commitment to research and product development, our rigorous ingredient selection process, our commitment to this category and our community, and our desire to positively impact women’s wellbeing during a vulnerable time, reflects how we seek to change this. Through 10+CO we seek to effect change for mothers everywhere.My experience in high growth, startup culture and the structure of traditional design practices allows me now to draw on both dynamic, agile and legacy-driven operating styles. My foundational design skills, paired with my attitude of curiosity towards research and my passion for women’s wellbeing, I now apply to my role as Co-CEO of 10+CO to serve our community, the source of all of us - mothers.
