Back working in the Project Services division I am currently working across small scaled projects, and assisting the Project Consultants. Electronic document management is the basis of my role. Running web based data rooms, and assisting through the electronic discovery process. As well as coordinating and assisting in these projects, I assist the legal team by using internally developed tools, that would help manage the legal teams documents and workload in a clean, structured format. Reducing the legal teams time so they are able to continue with their core focus.

I look for ways AWX / HospitalityX can up-skill and train our field staff, as well as placing staff into Apprenticeships and Traineeships. I coordinate our Career Officers around the Network, who are the branches point of contact for Training Requirements. I also research training needs across the network, and liaise with RTO's to set training up.
