Taught English Language Arts in grades 9-12. Created lesson plans, managed classroom, created and/or revised formative /summative assessments, developed curriculum for certain units, differentiated instruction, led faculty some PD's, trained teachers in the use of certain applications & interventions (READ 180, etc.), chaired a focus group for WASC, participated in leadership group (Guiding Coalition), collaborate with grade-level teachers to create or refine pacing guides, assessments, etc., collaborate with SPED teachers to assist shared students in learning, advised two clubs, attended faculty, department, PLC, & IEP meetings, incorporate technology into daily lessons to facilitate learning.
