Treasurer & Business Operations Manager
- Manage over $5.5 million in annual revenues
- Maintain inventory and cost control procedures resulting in a cost savings of an est. $500K
- Manage company lines of credits and loans
- Analyze operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenue and expenses
- Maintain and supervise both customer and vendor account details in order to uphold contract responsibilities, investigate and/or resolve queries, and ensure timely payments for accounts payables and receivables
- Manage and maintain HR records and reports (i.e., employee records, I-9s, employer registration state forms, employment forms/statements)
