• Manage over $5.5 million in annual revenues• Maintain inventory and cost control procedures resulting in a cost savings of an est. $500K• Manage company lines of credits and loans• Analyze operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenue and expenses• Maintain and supervise both customer and vendor account details in order to uphold contract responsibilities, investigate and/or resolve queries, and ensure timely payments for accounts payables and receivables• Manage and maintain HR records and reports (i.e., employee records, I-9s, employer registration state forms, employment forms/statements)

• Generate gap analysis, gantt chart, and questionnaire for integration project in Payroll Department• Assist with bank reconciliation for internal control system project and mapping for G/L-Fixed Assets Team• Research unapplied cash resulting in a credit of an estimated $250,000 to the correct accounts• Research solutions to hedge against unapplied cash for the Cash Applications Team• Organize vendor master file consisting of 20,000 vendors to assist in future Accounts Payable projects• Assist in account reconciliation, mineral depletion, tax packet, and inventory in Managerial Accounting• Participate in MAP training (e.g., Emerging Leaders Programs, DISC Analysis, Crucial Confrontations)

• Review invoices and check requests for proper approval and account classification• Enter invoices, contracts, and budgets into MasterBuilder accounting software system• Work with project managers to obtain field employee time sheets, expenses, and track hours• Assist with the monthly closing for payroll reports and bank reconciliation• Maintain accounting files for vendors, subcontractors, and employees• Annual preparation of 1099s for vendors and subcontractors
