As a Guest Service Representative at Asphalt Green, a nonprofit organization that provides sports and fitness programs to the community, I am responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and using Salesforce.com to manage memberships and registrations. I have been working in this role for two years, and I enjoy interacting with diverse and friendly customers and colleagues, as well as supporting the organization's mission of empowering people of all ages and backgrounds to lead healthy and active lives. I am also a psychology student at Hunter College, where I am pursuing my Bachelor's Degree with a focus on social and developmental psychology. I am interested in learning more about human behavior, motivation, and emotion, and how they relate to well-being and social change. I have acquired skills in research, writing, communication, and critical thinking through my coursework and projects.
