Lead for Lifecycle Marketing Strategic Analytics, providing insights and opportunities on our 1-1 communications to customers across a many channels and key points in a customer's life. Team successes include establishing test and learn frameworks to measure incrementality, closed loop analyses across key email initiatives, insights as to the optimal volume of emails we send to our customers.

Analyst for US Credit Builder (damaged/new credit) and Student credit card new account acquisition strategies. Responsible for end to end strategy review, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives. • Partner with modeling team to evaluate models and assess business impact of degraded performance.• Data Normalization project to account for process changes in historical data used to develop business targets.• Prepare for system conversion including testing outcomes and converting SAS code across the team.

Integrated Credit Operations metrics with end to end process metrics. • Represented Operations in creation of a Business Concepts Model to drive standardization in business element names and definitions across Wholesale Credit. Developed right sized approach to execute on this strategic objective despite funding shortages. • Developed and executed activities/support for a key pipeline of strong talent in our organization.• Managed a team locally and virtually.• ~400 ad hoc credit reporting requests were managed, prioritized, and completed throughout 2014• Requirement gathering and report development for new systems• Reporting support for multiple audits including Flood related MRAs, Loan confirmation with external auditors, and AML issues. Description: Global Treasury Solutions (GTS) Monitoring supports treasury products (overdraft, wires, ACH, etc) for large corporate and commercial clients, globally. Responsible to develop analytics and reporting capabilities to meet business partner needs, monitor the portfolio for key areas of concern/unusual activity, identify ways to improve operational efficiency, improve client offerings, and reduce risk. Rotational program fostering quantitative talent and imparting leadership skills. Includes two rotations, each one year in length, and semi-annual intensive training sessions.Rotations:1. Risk Rating Scorecard Group - responsible for aiding the development, monitoring and support of scorecards, which estimate an obligor default probability within our commercial/wholesale portfolio. Participated in a few large designs and took the lead quantitative role on multiple small scorecard designs and ad hoc projects. Skills: Multivariate Statistical Modeling, SAS, S-Plus/R, writing documentation and presentations2. Enterprise Risk Analytics, Global Compliance and Operational Risk - responsible for developing analytics around the tools and data of operational risk. Developed a monitoring process for operational losses, linked operational losses with revenue and other assessments of risk, aiding in the development of analytics for the quarterly line of business self assessment of risk.

Liquidity Projections (Treasury): Created daily reports on the global liquidity position of the firm, compiling information from areas across the firm including Finance and Operations. Consulted daily with London, Frankford, and Asian offices. Reported results daily to Treasurer and Treasury senior management. Assisted on the compilation of a database of the allocation of amortizable intangible assets in recent mergers and acquisitions.

Identified, tested and solved problems in calculations and formatting in system reports involving exchange forwards, foreign exchange options, equity positions, and equity options. Tested and input data for equity software system.
