New Employee Experience:• Engagement Initiatives: Develop programs to integrate new employees into the company culture. Coach hiring managers around best practices for successful candidate care, new hire onboarding and new employee engagement. Pair new hires with mentors or buddies to facilitate their transition.Internship and Early Career Programs:• Internship Experience: Oversee internship programs, including recruitment, project assignments, and mentorship. Organize events to connect interns and early-career employees with senior leaders.• Early Career Development: Create pathways for early-career professionals to grow within the organization.
