Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with contacts and school boards across Canada to support Let's Talk Science's mission to prepare today's youth for their future careers and citizenship demands. Represents Let's Talk Science at public events and conferences, and through presentations to school board members and educators.

Implemented and managed programs for children age 4-12. Hired, trained and mentored staff. Facilitated communication between families, YMCA staff, school personnel and third-party organizations. Ensured Ministry standards and program policies are adhered to. Managed budget of programs.

Supervised school age educators and modeled best practices. Provided developmentally appropriate programing and learning opportunities to children age 4-12. Provided administrative support to School Age and Community school Programs including delivering new staff orientation.

Supervised, coached and evaluated community program instructors. Ensured instructors have all necessary equipment and supplies. Addressed on-site concerns and connected members of the community with their registered programs. Liaised between supervisor, instructors and facility staff.
