With a background in education and as the Founder of a meaningful home fragrance business, I have developed a unique combination of transferable skills and expertise. After more than a decade as a Teacher of English, I found myself fascinated with team dynamics, workplace wellbeing and the importance of psychological safety. In 2022, I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, which enables me to apply the principles of well-being, resilience, and motivation to my work, business and personal life. I am also a certified mental health first aid instructor and believe in the importance and power of non-judgemental listening in all types of relationships. Above all, I am passionate about people and paying proper attention to what we say and feel. Giving individuals the space and time to think and creating an environment for them to be heard can create lasting change.
