The IASC Gender with Age Marker (“GAM”) is a learning tool to improve inclusion and accountability in humanitarian action, by guiding users to reflect on and include those marginalised and missing out on assistance. Its use is required by all projects applying for funds under UN Appeals with 10,000 submissions to date.- Re-design and develop the GAM.
