Since working at the Cofield Wines I have become familiar with region's businesses and the people that run them. It's been certainly trying times with the Covid lockdowns. I'm always surprised at their, resilience and their resourcefulness to come up with new ideas. It has not been easy to be a wine wholesaler in these times, I don't just see myself as a sales person, I'm also the face and Ambassador of Cofield that these businesses see on a monthly bases. The Cofield culture, I believe is always going beyond, constantly pushing the boundaries to innovate, enter new markets and do things differently with a focus on our customers, consumers, communities and environment. Above all, we promote a culture where our people can be the best they can be, really make a difference and have a great time doing it! That is what I love the most about the Cofield family.
