Implementation of this workflow decreased the total number of students that failed their class each term to less than 1% of the total student population• Decreased the health care administration program attrition rate from 13% to 6%, the percentage required for ACICS accreditation, through the implementation of student progress monitoring and appropriate student counseling• Served as Clinical Coordinator for the student externship program
