I am a FAU Accounting major graduating in Spring 2021 who has experience as an Administrative Assistant. I am seeking a position in Accounting or Finance. My goal is to leverage the experience that I have acquired and use it to help my future employer achieve the organization objective. You will find in the following details that my experience and skills would be an asset to any organization.My experience as an Administrative Assistant to the Engineering & Technical Services department includes advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP Systems, WMS (Work Management System), DM (Design Manager), as well as Google EC. In this role I developed a process which helped reduce the amount of time it took to complete tasks by 50%. Organized and planned meetings to relieve managers which allowed them more time to concentrate on more important tasks. Very knowledgeable in creating work requests, assigning jobs to vendors, setting up for meetings, creating and sending weekly/monthly reports, among other administrative duties.I am motivated to apply my current skills to a new organization to help reach their goals.
