With over 30 years of retail experience, I bring to the table skills focused on the consumer and knowledge of what it takes to excel and achieve sales. I have worked on projects that start with the client vision and end at store execution. I've worked with many different departments within both my company and the client's. I've worked with Design, Engineering, Finance, Merchandising and Logistics teams, to name a few, and have developed the skills needed to keep the timelines intact while making sure the vision is not only achieved but possible to create as presented. I have also worked with in most areas of the supply chain, from working in and running stores to planning and flowing product. My project management positions required that I create and produce signage and displays for retail environments while staying within budget, maintaining standards and within extremely tight time frames. My attention to detail and multitasking skills have allowed me to work on many projects at once while ensuring each one is executed flawlessly. I always go the extra step for the client and continue to look for cost savings for my company.I bring to the table skills focused on the consumer and knowledge of what it takes to excel and achieve sales. I have experience working on full department renovations, new store openings, companywide program roll outs and also signage and displays needed for just a short time. I also create manuals for both the assembly teams that need to create the final display prior to shipping and the install teams doing the work at the store level. Working directly with print and various manufacturing vendors (i.e. metal, acrylic, glass, electronics, etc) has taught me how to balance both internal and the client’s expectations, the production vendor’s timeline and the allotted budget. Vast experience working in retail stores always has me thinking of the end result for both the customer and the sales people responsible for implementing the signage or displays.Specialties: Project management, creating and maintaining budgets, tight timelines, training and creating Standard Operating Procedures
