- Management of multimillion commercial and residential developments;- Obtaining the necessary permits with local Council and other parties that will enable the project to begin;- Development of Construction Management Plans;- Writing progress reports;- Reviewing structural reports and shop drawings;- Making revision of project work plans;- Preparing meeting minutes and documentation;- Updates on architectural drawings;

-Supporting tradespeople with general labouring assistance, by operating hand and power tools and by cleaning and preparing worksites-Ensuring the worksite and associated equipment is clean, safe, tidy and ready for use-Erecting concrete form work and laying steel reinforcing-Forming expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers and straight edges

Responsible for:-Perform measurements such as preparation of technical reports, evaluated available resources and the procedures best suited to the type of project conducted.-People management, working in the distribution of tasks, allocation of labors, evaluation of performance and guidance, seeking to build qualified teams aligned with achievement of goals.-Requesting and controlling the receipt of construction materials and equipment, in the quantitative survey, valuing the good progress of the activities.-Structuring monthly and seasonal spending forecasting, data analysis and reporting technicians, passing on strategic information to the Board, contributing to decision making-Inspections in projects site and evaluate contractors woek in order to detect problems with a design-Getting all the licenses necessary with the local and state organisations-Review projects
