Tamara's legal experience is anchored in labor and employment advice, counseling and litigation for employers. Tamara is a seasoned litigator and tough negotiator, known for her collaborative yet results-oriented style and strong writing skills. In 2011 Tamara developed the KP Legal Department Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Program. She was the Strategic Leader of the Legal Dept EI&D team for 10+ years. Under her leadership, measurable, long lasting, and award winning changes were implemented.Tamara has been an avid reader, book collector and crafter of stories since kindergarten. Creative writing has been her outlet for many years. An early retirement has provided her the time and mental wherewithal to change her hobby to a new and budding career as an author. The varied experiences of Tamara's career have deepened her appreciation for differences and the behaviors and beliefs that unite people and proves that we are all rooted through stories.
