Jay & Tamara Sims founded Something 2 Dance 2 in 2002. Jay started his career as a DJ Entertainer in 1993, at his Alma Mater Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, performing at Undergraduate events like Fraternity and Sorority Formal Dances. Upon Graduation in Chemical Engineering in 1997, Jay took up full-time employment in the Chicago area. Still being near Northwestern allowed Jay to perform at events on campus, including Dance Marathon (www.nudm.org) and branch out into other types of events like Weddings.Tamara has a long career being around Weddings from her 20 years working at The Seville Banquet Hall.
