My role extends beyond just design management. I'm commercially accountable for the 'Solo and New Business' segment, bridging the world of design with business strategies, ensuring our software not only assists businesses in their accounting needs but also supports them holistically as they start, survive, and thrive. The breadth of solutions I've overseen range from invoicing and CRM to comprehensive financial services integrations, demonstrating my adaptability and keen sense of the broader business ecosystem.But my entrepreneurial spirit isn't confined to the tech domain. At Yoga Cave, I took a leap into the wellness sector, crafting a sanctuary that intertwines yoga, mat pilates, and community. This venture, especially during challenging times, became a beacon of solace and continuity for our community.My earlier experiences include steering the UX design of NVivo for Windows at QSR International, a leading qualitative data analysis software. I also donned the managerial hat at McDonald's, where I first learnt my lessons on leadership, customer service excellence and the nuances of running a globally celebrated brand.Curiosity and empathy drive my design philosophy, while a collaborative spirit defines my leadership style.
